ProX XTF FT6045 Description

The ProX XTF FT6045 is built for dependable overhead lifting in professional production environments where safety, compact transport, and efficient deployment matter. Designed for line array systems, trusses, and LED screens, this tower combines substantial lifting capacity with a front-loading system that allows the load to be picked up directly from the floor.

This lifting tower uses patented Dynamic Overlap stacking trusses with 5 masts, manufactured from extruded aluminum alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 and TIG welded by certified welders for strength and safety. The reinforced steel base with outriggers is engineered to support heavy loads at full working height, while adjustable screw-jacks and an integrated bubble level help achieve accurate leveling on site.

For added operator protection, the telescopic lifting mechanism can stop safely at any Pin Locking System position, allowing the pins to take the load off the wire rope. The integrated DYNSYS system is designed to monitor the operating condition of the tower by controlling the torque applied on the winch and preventing continued lifting if that limit is exceeded. WIREDRIVE technology further improves operation by reducing the wire angle between the winch drum and the first mast.

With its folded height of just 1.72 m / 5.64 ft and castor-equipped design, the tower is easy to move, transport, and store compared to larger lifting systems. This makes the ProX XTF FT6045 a strong fit for concerts, trade shows, theaters, discos, broadcast environments, TV production, and general event staging where compact footprint and high lifting performance are both essential.
